And Justice for All…. NOT

Watch this video taken from a court house in Maricopa County, AZ. At about 0:35 one of the deputies providing security for the court house casually strolls over to the defense attorney’s table and starts reading her documents. While the defense attorney is speaking to the judge, he sneakily signals a fellow officer to come over. He tells the other officer he is gonna hand him one of the defenses legal documents to go make copies and slickly take it from the defense attorney’s files (which is illegal). After the 2nd officer goes to find a copy machine, the only person in the court room to notice, which was the inmate/defendant himself, speaks up and tells his attorney about it. The judge tries to play it off like she didn’t see but watch towards the end when the 2nd deputy comes back with the document. The judge says she wants to discuss it in private and reschedules the court hearing; obviously she wants to talk away from audio and visual recording equipment since SHE is responsible for what goes on in her court. AND JUSTICE FOR ALL!!! NOT.
